Senior Head of Compliance & Building Safety

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Head of Service - Landlord Compliance & Building Safety to lead landlord compliance and building safety for a South West council on a six-month basis. You will provide strategic leadership across safety functions, drive compliance with the Building Safety Act, and oversee regulatory and contractual obligations.

The role requires senior housing/property expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver on time and to budget.
