Senior Hardware Team Lead - Defence & Aerospace

Morson Human Resources Limited in Kent is seeking an experienced Hardware Team Leader to guide a team of hardware engineers delivering safety-critical electronic systems for aerospace and defence. The role combines technical leadership with people management across the full product lifecycle.

You will coordinate development, production and NPI, ensure governance and drive improvements, while collaborating with Systems, Software, Manufacturing and Quality to meet schedules and costs.
