Senior H&S Strategy & Culture Leader

Ganymede Solutions Ltd in Kent is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to drive strategic H&S across the business. You will lead the H&S team, advise senior leaders, and shape the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH Diploma, extensive rail/infrastructure safety experience, and a proven track record in audits, investigations and improving safety culture. This is a senior role with strategic and operational responsibilities and a car allowance.
