Senior GxP Training Architect & Instructional Designer

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Instructional Designer to lead the creation and modernization of training materials across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended formats.

This role partners with subject-matter experts to translate complex, regulated content into accessible learning experiences that meet quality and compliance standards. The successful candidate will design curricula, assessments, and evaluation tools, applying adult-learning principles and ensuring content
