Senior GTM Talent Partner for Growth (EMEA)

Legora AB is expanding its Talent Acquisition function and seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring across EMEA. You will collaborate with senior leaders, shape talent processes, and build proactive pipelines to drive Legora's growth.

You'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor on role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities. You'll champion data-informed hiring, mentor peers, and maintain a high bar for talent quality and speed.
