Senior GTM Recruiter - Build from 0 to 1 in a startup

Listen Labs is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own and scale all business-side recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll partner with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive full-cycle recruiting-from sourcing to offers and close.

This is an opportunity to shape hiring strategy, create scalable processes, and define what "great" looks like across GTM at Listen Labs. In-person in SF five days a week with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
