Senior GTM Recruiter - Build & Scale Talent Strategy

Listen Labs is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own and scale full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll partner with founders and hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and build process from 0 1, defining what great looks like for GTM at Listen Labs.

You'll shape outreach, craft brand narratives, and lead sourcing strategies, taking ownership of candidate experience from first touch to close and guiding offer strategy with founders.
