PetLab Co. is hiring a Senior Growth Lead for Conversion Rate and Landing Page Optimization in London. You will own CVR and AOV across pages, build and launch landing experiences, and lead a continuous testing program. The role blends data, direct-response copy, and AI-driven experimentation to improve paid traffic performance.

Reporting to the Founder, you will collaborate with media, copy, and design, shaping offer architecture and messaging while accelerating learnings to scale growth.
