Senior Grower: Market Garden & English Cut Flowers

Organic Growers Alliance in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Senior Grower to join our farm. You'll plan and grow vegetables, herbs and salads, and harvest seasonal English cut flowers for our farm shop, café, and hospitality clients.

You'll manage propagation, soil health, irrigation and crop care, oversee polytunnels and protected crops, and supervise seasonal staff. A horticultural qualification and leadership experience are advantageous.
