Senior Group Finance Manager

Senior Group Finance Manager responsible for leading a team of eight accountants, ensuring accurate and timely month end reporting of P&L and balance sheet information, supporting complex accounting areas such as interest rate swaps, expected credit losses (ECL) and special purpose debt vehicles, and maintaining compliance with the Group Financial Control Framework.

• Lead the Financial Control Team in preparation of accurate month end reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure accuracy of detailed balance sheet analyses and accompanying management information.
• Provide necessary information to internal and external auditors.
• Assist other business areas with information and liaison.
• Execute end to end accounting for the Group's interest rate swap portfolio.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with the Group Financial Control Framework.
• Manage team development and coaching.
• Provide accounting advice and technical papers as required.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including divisional finance and external auditors.
• Account for Special Purpose Debt Vehicles.
• Oversee IFRS9 expected credit loss processes and controls.
• Continuously review processes to maximise efficiencies and controls.
