Senior Grounds Lead - Drive Green Spaces & Teams

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Senior Team Leader in Chislehurst. You will lead a small team across multiple grounds, performing grass cutting, hedge work, planting and spraying to meet high standards for clients.

The role requires experience in grounds maintenance or a similar field, pesticide spraying qualifications (PA1/PA2/PA6) are advantageous, full UK driving licence, and a strong health and safety mindset. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30.
