Senior Governance Solicitor (Public Sector)

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Senior Solicitor (Governance) to provide high quality legal advice on governance, constitutional and public law matters, ensuring lawful and robust decision making across the authority.

You will work closely with the Monitoring Officer, Democratic Services, senior officers and elected members, lead a small legal team, and contribute to the development of the service while supporting committees and information governance.
