Senior Governance & Compliance Leader (UK)

Superdry PLC is seeking an experienced Senior Governance Manager to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and governance standards across the group. You will report to the General Counsel & Company Secretary and collaborate with the Board, executive teams, and subsidiaries to drive robust governance frameworks.

The role requires ICSA qualification and a track record of managing statutory reporting, board papers, and ESG-related governance tasks within a large private environment or
