Senior Global Tech Contracts Counsel (SaaS & AI)

Hydrogen UK Ltd is seeking an experienced in-house solicitor to support its expansion. Reporting to the Global Head of Legal, you'll oversee complex technology matters, lead commercial contracting, and advise on data privacy and compliance, all within a tech-enabled legal team.

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least 4 years of PQE, strong commercial law experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A background in SaaS or B2B software is preferred.
