Senior Global Software Counsel - Lead UK Legal

Clifton Search client seeks a UK-based Senior Sole Counsel to lead the legal function of a newly acquired software/tech division. The role is highly autonomous, reporting to the CEO and working with peers globally.

The ideal candidate has UK solicitor qualification with senior experience, extensive international exposure in software/tech, and hands-on, flexible approach. US experience is helpful.
