Cheval Knightsbridge and Cheval Phoenix House are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Global Sales Manager to join their team of hospitality professionals.

Cheval Collection is an award-winning hospitality group, operating eleven luxury all-apartment residences across London and Dubai. Renowned for delivering a warm welcome and an exceptional living experience, we continue to expand and evolve our global brand presence. As part of this growth, we are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Global Sales Manager to represent Cheval Knightsbridge and Cheval Phoenix House, while promoting the wider Cheval portfolio in collaboration with our Cheval Global Office Sales Team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing brand visibility, and generating new business opportunities across our portfolio. This is a dynamic and multifaceted position, ideally suited to a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in the luxury leisure market.

You will manage and develop a strong portfolio of key accounts while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities across international markets. As a trusted brand ambassador, you will represent our luxury residences with professionalism and insight, delivering measurable revenue growth across all properties. You'll engage with both new and existing clients through face-to-face and virtual meetings, providing tailored accommodation solutions for corporate and leisure travellers alike.

  • Are a dynamic sales professional with in-depth knowledge of the 5-star London hotel leisure market
  • Have proven experience in account management within luxury hospitality
  • Possess a strong network of contacts within the London accommodation sector
  • Excel at building long-term client relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Are highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrive as a self-starter, working independently while contributing effectively within a team
