Senior Global People Operations Leader

Taptap Send is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to join our People team in a high impact individual contributor role. You'll own strategic execution of employee relations, expansion into new markets, and scalable People Ops processes to support our global growth.

You'll lead the setup of employment in new jurisdictions, manage sensitive cases with discretion, and automate core processes across markets to improve accuracy and efficiency.
