Senior Genesys CX Consultant

We're looking for a Senior Genesys CX Consultant with deep expertise in Genesys Cloud and the CX ecosystem to support enterprise customer experience transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Shape the end-to-end customer journey, defining technical strategy and architecture.

Advise customers on CX best practices, AI use cases, and digital transformation.

Guide selection and integration of tools like Bots, AI, Sentiment/Voice Analytics, and CRMs.

Develop CX roadmaps, technical mappings, and complex design documents.

Serve as a trusted advisor, bridging business and technical domains.
Skills Needed:

Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud and its ecosystem.

Experience with AI/Bots (Google, Amazon, Omilia, etc.), analytics, and digital channels.

Integration experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics).

Good understanding of Workforce Management, RPA, and CX operations.

Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to manage complex situations.
