Senior Gardener & Grounds Supervisor

Audley Villages seeks a Head Gardener to lead grounds maintenance across our retirement village portfolio. You will oversee the gardening team, plan and execute border planting, lawn care, and the upkeep of ponds, paths and drives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on presentable grounds, and proactive communication with owners and staff. Based on site with UK-wide opportunities within Audley Villages.
