We're looking for a Senior Feature Producer to take ownership of major new features and lead them from concept through to release. You'll work across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality content like new game modes, maps, and monetisation systems. This role is about leadership, clarity, and making sure complex work gets done well.
In This Role You Will
- Own large and complex high-impact features from start to finish, potentially working with external partners or platform requirements
- Work closely with design, engineering, art, and QA to scope, plan and constantly validate the work
- Collaborate with other producers and key stakeholders to prepare milestones and get them ready for release
- Take an active role in triaging issues, resolving blockers, and ensuring delivery readiness
- Build and maintain clear roadmaps using JIRA, Confluence, and Helix Plan
- Align teams across departments and keep decisions and timelines on track in a remote environment
- Flag risks early, solve problems quickly, and keep momentum up
- Contribute to live-ops planning and regular content updates
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years as a game producer on PC or console titles
- Proven track record owning and delivering large, cross-functional features
- Experience leading a mediumsize cross-discipline team or pod
- Strong live-ops cross-play experience with regular patch cycles
- Solid experience with Helix Plan or similar planning tools
- Expert in JIRA and Confluence
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience developing for Console including Cert requirements
- Familiarity with Perforce or other version control systems
