GaaS Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and development of comprehensive GaaS capabilities, including account systems, official websites, community platforms, in game stores, email marketing, and other game supporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with game studios to understand their specific needs and recommend tailored GaaS solutions.
• Drive adoption of GaaS capabilities by demonstrating value propositions focused on improving player engagement and operational efficiency.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and provide ongoing support to ensure successful integration.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve GaaS offerings and demonstrate ROI to studios.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in GaaS to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with demonstrated expertise in GaaS implementation.
• Prior experience in game publishing, marketing, or community management roles at game studios highly preferred.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple studio relationships simultaneously.
• Data driven approach to decision making and performance evaluation.
• Proficient in English for business communication (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively promote GaaS solutions.
• Prior success in implementing GaaS solutions that demonstrably improved game performance.
