A respected private markets investor is seeking an Alternatives Associate to join their legal team in Greater London. The role involves leading compliance for UK and EU funds, providing regulatory advisory support, and negotiating commercial contracts. Ideal candidates will be qualified solicitors with 2-5 years PQE from a top private practice funds team, while in-house experience is desirable.
