Experienced in engaging supporters and providing an excellent donors experience, gained in fundraising, customer service, sales or another transferable role

Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, volunteers and young people.

Confident in your ability to contribute to ThinkForward s income generation strategy and workplan, helping build diverse and sustainable funding streams and deliver on ambitious annual and strategic team targets

Comfortable working to fundraising targets, and within an environment of healthy pressure

Collaborative in your working approach, with the ability to contribute positively to a team environment
