Senior Full Stack.net Engineer

Our Senior Full Stack Engineers will be crucial to the evolution of MarTrust's delivery and products. They will form part of our new Technology function, building scalable, reliable systems that deliver great outcomes for our customers. The Senior Full Stack engineers will be part of our cross-functional engineering teams, owning, delivering, and enhancing our solutions end to end. While being strong team players, our engineers will still be capable of operating independently, taking individual problems and owning them to completion, able to unblock themselves and their team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver and support high-quality software by designing, architecting, implementing, deploying, and maintaining services that run our payroll, supplier payment, and e-wallet systems.
2. Develop expertise in payments and maritime industries, collaborating effectively across departments (sales, operations, compliance) to solve customer problems.
3. Follow and advocate for best coding practices, continuous delivery, and quality reviews.
4. Develop and track metrics to monitor system performance and reliability to meet customer needs.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (advantageous but not mandatory).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development with independent ownership of complex problems.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, confidently owning problems and unblocking themselves and their team.
• Strong product mindset to identify root causes and appropriate solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, immutable infrastructure, containers, and serverless architectures.

Technical skills required:

• Experience with C# and .NET is essential, especially in managing risk within legacy environments.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, SQL Server, AngularJS, and Angular.
