Senior Frontend Engineer (TypeScript/React) Healthcare Impact

Teton is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to own customer-facing features from first conversations with care teams to production. You'll work on web, mobile apps and the APIs behind them, shipping features that actually shift how care teams work.

You'll talk to users, scope work, implement solutions, and help define quality through tests, CI/CD pipelines and guardrails, all while collaborating with designers and product teams across markets.
