You will lead frontend development for a high-growth startup automating complex financial workflows. Reporting to the CPTO, you will own the frontend stack using React and TypeScript, setting engineering standards and mentoring team members. This is a pivotal role for an engineer ready to scale a category-leading product for international markets.

What you will do:

• Own the frontend architecture and set technical standards using React, TypeScript, and MobX to ensure scalability.

• Mentor other frontend engineers and eventually take responsibility for managing the growing frontend engineering department.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a frontend engineer within fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating a pragmatic and problem-solving mindset.
• Deep technical expertise in React and TypeScript, with the ability to build dependable and high-performance user interfaces.
