Senior Franchise Merchandiser: Planning & Trade Lead

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Senior Assistant Merchandiser to join the Franchise team. You will support the Franchise Planner and Director to embed partners into Core planning and buying processes, focusing on pre-season buy analysis and ensuring alignment with OTB parameters.

This role provides analytical backbone to keep Franchise low-touch for Core teams by using existing tools and clear sign-off workflows.
