Senior FP&A Manager - Growth & Insight Leader

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a standalone FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the UK operation, reporting to the CFO and partnering with the leadership team.

You will drive rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, monthly management reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPI dashboards) and data quality improvements, including Power BI dashboards and automation.
