Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: West London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

This is a key opportunity for a finance professional to take the lead on budgeting and forecasting while supporting senior leadership with critical commercial insight. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of financial models, regular performance reporting, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Duties will include:

• Taking ownership of complex budgeting and forecasting models
• Delivering timely and accurate monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Promoting a culture of cost awareness and adherence to financial controls
• Driving process improvements and supporting transformation initiatives
• Contributing to ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing financial reporting and planning

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 4-5 years' experience in a finance role. You must have advanced Excel modelling skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or business intelligence tools is desirable.
