Job Description

The Group Finance Team is now expanding and seeking a new key member: a strategically minded and analytically strong individual who does not simply deliver numbers, but enables better decisions.
Aufgaben Coordination of the forecast process with relevant stakeholders, including preparation of the Group forecast (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) based on central value drivers and the planning inputs of the Group companies
  • Co-responsibility for the annual budget and mid-term planning, including strategic decision support, cross-functional collaboration, and presentations to top management
  • Analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as planning and commentary within the framework of management reporting
  • Support in strategic and operational planning, deriving and tracking measures, and critically reviewing business plans
  • Further development of management models and controlling processes, with a focus on planning processes
  • Participation in ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, and the preparation of presentations for decision-makers

Profil
  • Degree in Business Studies - ideally with a focus on Controlling - plus at least ten years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial environment or in management consulting
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, with sound knowledge in the areas of profitability, balance sheet, and liquidity analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset, systematic thinking, and enthusiasm for the further development of controlling processes
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence at all levels
  • Very good command of MS Excel and experience with management reporting IT tools
  • Fluent English skills; knowledge of German is an advantage
