Location: A57 Highways Project, SK14 6NG

Pay Rate: £28.03 per hour + Holiday Pay (PAYE)

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

• Responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme
• Responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Act as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination

Requirements

• CSCS Gold Supervisors Card
• SMSTS / SSSTS
• Previous experience as a Senior Foreman is required
• Experience working on highways projects (preferred)
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
