Senior Food Safety Officer - Inspections & Enforcement

Lancaster City Council is seeking a motivated Senior Food Safety Officer to cover a broad range of inspections and enforcement within the Food and Safety Team. You will regulate food businesses across the district, investigate incidents and respond to public health concerns, on a rota basis acting as Duty Officer.

The role requires delivering practical advice, training and guidance to businesses, with a mandatory Higher Certificate in food control or equivalent.
