Senior Food Safety & Compliance Leader

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Site Food Safety & Quality Lead to uphold compliance with AIB/BRC and HACCP across a Coventry site. The role drives a culture of safety, reduces hazards, and ensures allergen management and regulatory adherence.

You will partner with operations, quality, and safety teams to sustain world-class standards. You will investigate incidents, lead CAPA actions, and coordinate site-wide quality improvements, including capital projects and defence planning.
