Senior FMEA Engineer

As FMEA engineer you will be responsible for the follow up of the leads and projects that have been allocated to you and for training/mentoring of the local staff. The main roles and responsibilities of the position are :
- Develop service development strategies and plans for DP/RP/IGC/IGF FMEA services.
- Be a part of the bid management, producing proposals and working with colleagues to build existing FMEA services and new service areas in relation to E&I technical background.
- Lead FMEA and E&I related services.
- Contribute to local development of DP/RP/IGC/IGF FMEA competence.
- Work on multiple projects, managing own time to meet deadlines.
- Plan, project manage, execute and report on all aspects of FMEA service delivery and related scopes of work.
- Technical report writing.

Education:
- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- A relevant masters and/or post-doctoral degree will be looked upon favorably.

Experience of the following would be an advantage:
- Minimum of five (5) years experiences working with DP/RP/IGC/IGF FMEA/FMECA services and/or electrical engineering design.
- Working knowledge of design, verification activities in E&I discipline will be a plus.
- General understanding of electrical system and machinery for propulsion and DP operation.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including budget control, customer care, management of sub-contractors and progress against project milestones.
Physical abilities
- Normal office environment, regular walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing and reaching.
- Domestic and international travel to other company office locations, site locations, client offices and conferences.
- Occasional work outdoors including site visits, traveling by car and sea trial.
