Location: Gravesham Contract Type: Permanent Reference: UK04151
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week.
Salary: £15.42 per hour £32,065.28 annually, with overtime paid at time and a half.
Company benefits include 25 days holiday and sociable hours.
You will refurbish, modernise, or totally renew old modular stock to provide a good-as-new cabin ready for hire.

Your Responsibilities- Manual preparation for painting
- Basic plumbing works
- Assist electricians with fittings
- Fitting windows and doors
- General maintenance skills
- Use of power tools
- Remove and replace flooring
- Remove and fit wall and ceiling panels
- Undertake bespoke works
- Read and interpret CAD drawings
- Provide short-term supervisory cover as needed
- Maintain quality standards in line with customer expectations
To succeed in this role, you should be semi-skilled or multi-skilled with experience in joinery, plumbing, and/or electrical work.
