Senior Fintech Counsel - Contracts, Compliance & Strategy

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel in London to serve as a legal adviser on fintech/payments products.

You will draft and negotiate complex tech and reseller agreements, identify risks, and partner with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to enable go-to-market initiatives. The role requires UK qualification with at least 7 years PQE and experience across Europe, IP, privacy, data usage, information security and third party contracting.
