Senior Financial Due Diligence Lead M&A Advisory

RSM Ireland is seeking an ambitious Financial Due Diligence Senior Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. You will assist and lead in the execution of financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business generation.

The role focuses on leading engagements, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality due diligence outputs for domestic and international clients. Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and transaction experience are essential.
