Senior Financial Crime Strategy Leader

Jobtailor in Greater London is seeking a senior financial crime leader to drive initiative delivery from concept through to implementation. You will lead controls across KYC, screening, monitoring and SARs, while balancing risk with customer outcomes and commercial aims.

You will act as a senior decision-maker within delegated authority, collaborating with Risk, Compliance and product teams to embed robust controls in new customer journeys and to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
