Senior Financial Crime Policy & Controls Lead

Tide is seeking a Lead, Policy and Procedure in its Ongoing Monitoring function to design, draft, and maintain financial crime policies and procedures covering AML, sanctions, and anti bribery. You will work with senior stakeholders to align policy with FCA rules and JMLSG guidance while reflecting day to day operations.

You will shape the control framework, translate regulatory changes into practical controls, and support audits and risk management in a fast growing fintech environment.
