What you'll do

In this role, you will provide robust and efficientfinancial analysis andsupporttoANTSManagement.This person will partner with the ANTS finance team to delivera high quality, responsive and commercially focused financial managementfunction, leveraging shared servicesacross the wider Finance organisation. You will deliverhigh quality, timelyandinsightfulreporting, analysis and business partnering.You will ssupport theANTsbusinessesindecision makingthrough strategic and tactical business insights,includingthedevelopment of business cases and financial analysis.This person will also ensure thefinancialoperations of thebusinessarealignedwith the wider group,leveraging synergies and enabling seamless collaboration.

The day-to-day

Monthly Reporting and Forecasting:

• Take ownership in delivering across the four key pillars of Planning, Reporting, ControllingandAnalysis. Work closely with central Finance andANTSbusiness to ensure the upstream and downstream processes work appropriately such that the financial data and reporting required to deliver these four areas can be easily obtained and relied upon.
• Supportthe ANTSfinance teamto ensure that the financial and operational results ofthe businessare provided to the management team on an accurate and timely basis together with concise, action-orientedandbusiness-focused commentary.
• Supportthe ANTSfinance teamtopreparea, high-quality full year forecast that reflects all relevant material issues, opportunities and business plans.
• Supportthe development and implementation ofBI requirements related toANTSoperations, working closely with the Insights, Analytics & Reporting team (IAR) and other Group finance functions.

Operational and Business Planning (Budget & 5 year plan): Support theANTSfinanceteamtopreparea high quality full yearbudgetand5 year plan that reflects all relevant material issues, opportunities andbusiness plans relevant tothe wider ANTs business.Ensurethe Planis consistent withthestrategic goalsand delivers the results required by thebusinessand Group.

Adhocfinancial analysis: Support theANTSfinance teamto provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis and advice to supportANTSleadership and their direct reportsin making high-quality strategic and operational decisions.

Business partnering: Actas abusiness partner withbusiness stakeholdersto proactivelydeliverhigh-quality, commercially-focused financial advice in support ofANTS'goals and performance.

What you'll need

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance with professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: 8-10+ years progressive experience in accounting, financial modelling and analysis within quality companies.
• Superior analytical skills coupled with good strategic business understanding leading to key business insight.
• Creative problem solver and decision maker.
• Ability to draw high quality analysis out of the results that drive decisions in thebusiness.
• Strong people skills, confident and comfortable at engaging collaboratively in an intellectual and multinational environment at all levels. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Technically strong, and influential with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment withapassion for excellence and innovation.
• Proactive individual with the ability to effectively manage various projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong understanding ofbest practice financial accounting standards, policies, processesandabilityto apply these to commercial transactions
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

What will help you on the job

• Relevant industry experience including a working knowledge of Satcom, Telco or IoT market dynamics is good but not essential.
• Experience of SAP, Tableau andHyperionsystems an advantage.
