We are hiring for our client, a growing and highly respected financial planning firm in County Louth, who are seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join their expanding team.

This Senior Financial Advisor role offers the opportunity to manage an established portfolio of clients while driving business growth through referrals, networking and relationship development. The successful Senior Financial Advisor will provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management, supported by a dedicated administration and compliance team.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced advisor with a strong track record of client relationship management, business development and delivering high-quality financial planning advice.

The Role:
  • Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice tailored to individual client objectives
  • Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to enhance financial outcomes
  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship building
  • Ensure all advice and documentation comply with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and company standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records
  • Contribute towards business growth objectives and performance targets
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues where appropriate
  • Stay informed on industry developments, products and regulatory changes
The Person:
  • Full QFA qualification is essential
  • Minimum 7 Years' client-facing experience within the Irish financial planning, pensions and investments sector
  • Strong experience advising clients on pensions, investments, protection and wealth management solutions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrable business development and networking experience
  • Strong knowledge of Irish financial services compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Full driving licence and own transport required
