Senior Finance Partner, People Costs & Automation

Apex Group is seeking a high-visibility Business Partner to support Strategy and Performance across central functions in London. The role collaborates with the CFO, CTO, CHRO, CIO and others to drive financial discipline and modernise the people-cost finance function.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for people costs, present executive-ready insights, and drive automation initiatives to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
