Senior Finance Manager - Real EstateLondon - 4 days per week£85,000 - £100,000 The companyMy client is a leading UK property developer with a portfolio of impressive developments across the UK. They are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support the financial management of large-scale residential development projects. Working closely with project leadership and finance teams, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across major developments.Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy, forecasting and reporting for development projects
• Maintain accurate profit and cashflow forecasts and financial models
• Provide scenario analysis and financial insight to support strategic decisions
• Monitor development costs, financial performance and key risks
• Ensure strong financial controls, VAT compliance and cost reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reporting and quarterly financial reviews
• Act as a key link between development teams and central finance
• Support project teams to ensure financial considerations drive decision-making

What you need

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA qualified
• Strong financial experience in practice or industry
• Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
