Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager - EMEA, AP

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work directly with leadership teams in Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and margins by analyzing Pricing, Gross-to-Net (GtN), Route to Market, and Marketing investments
• Act as the finance lead for New Product Development (NPD), ensuring new projects are profitable and aligned with strategy
• Implement a clear Return on investment-driven approach for Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend
• Manage the financial strategic analysis for a diverse footprint of over 25 countries
• Promote the regional profitability agenda, performing "Cost to Serve" and portfolio reviews
• Manage Commercial/Functional Capex, Overhead (OVH), and A&P controls
• Improve reporting by using automation and tools like Power BI and Anaplan

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in complex multinational corporations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or similar; MBA or professional certification
• Proactive leadership in a matrixed organization
• Experience managing complex environments, specifically the analysis of 25+ countries
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), and BI/Data tools such as Power BI, Anaplan
• Fluent English with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
