Job Description

Job Overview
Seeking a candidate to fill a critical role within the Finance team supporting the Clinical Operations business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reporting to the Finance Director and collaborating with the Global Site Activation and Site Training Solutions businesses.
  2. Providing insightful analysis on monthly financial results and timesheet data, including:
  • Actual revenue performance versus backlog.
  • P&L variance reporting and analysis.
  • Utilization analysis.
  • Participating in monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles.
  • Preparing Monthly Business Review reports and updating standardized scorecards.
  • Performing ad hoc financial modeling and reporting as needed.

    • Essential Skills:

    • Strong numeracy skills and relevant experience in a financial role.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of finance and operations staff.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
    • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
    • Qualified or part-qualified AAT/ACCA/CIMA.
    • Previous experience in financial planning and analysis.
    • Experience within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare information industries preferred.
    • Experience with Hyperion and PeopleSoft.
