Senior Field Revenue Protection & Debt Investigator

Centrica plc, Carlisle-based Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer, will visit customer premises to investigate debt, welfare concerns, and suspected energy theft, assessing vulnerabilities and negotiating sustainable, lawful resolutions.

You will complete energy consumption assessments, ensure accurate billing, support account management, and use your judgement to balance customer welfare with safety and commercial outcomes.
