Senior Field Operations Scheduler Data-Driven Planning

Baywater Healthcare in Crewe is seeking a Senior Resource Scheduler - Field Operations to optimise technician deployment across the UK. You will forecast demand, model workforce capacity and coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field-based technicians.

You will analyse data to improve utilisation and SLA performance, work with Customer Services, Operations and Field Teams, and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making.
