We're looking for a Senior IT Field Delivery Engineer to deliver high-quality onsite support to customers across multiple locations. You'll work with a wide range of IT hardware and software technologies, supporting everything from desktops and laptops to Servers, networks, and retail equipment.
This role requires security clearance or willingness to obtain it.
- Diagnose, repair and replace: PCs, laptops, printers, Servers, retail tech & peripherals
- Complete customer rebuilds and desk-side configurations
- Support and mentor fellow engineers
- Provide cover for planned/unplanned absences at customer sites
- Achieve SLAs and performance targets
- Maintain Real Time updates via mobile device, including part movements and RMA management
- Lead and support IMAC projects
- Take part in a 24/7 on-call rota (1:4)
- Ensure compliance with H&S, company policies, and customer processes
- Maintain company assets to a high standard
What You'll Bring

- Self-motivated with great organisational ability
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred
- Ability to work at height and undertake manual handling tasks
