The Role

A rare opportunity to lead the operations of one of the country's foremost mixed-use farming companies, managing 23,000 acres of Essex and Norfolk.

The Farms

The landholding includes:

1. 9,000 acres of combinable arable cropping + 300 acres of pre-pack potato production

2. 400 acres of permanent grassland

3. 1,000 acres of woodland, reservoirs etc

4. 12,300 acres of sheep grazing (via a Joint Venture tenancy) near Thetford, managing a flock of 5,000 Beaulah Ewes and 8,000 lambs.

The successful candidate will be supported by a skilled team of 17 employees

The Candidate

1. A relevant agricultural degree or equivalent qualifications

2. A minimum of 10 years' experience in Farm Management

3. A strong commercial acumen and a dynamic, forward-thinking approach

4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong IT proficiency, with experience in modern farm management software and data systems

The Package
