Senior Farm Operative: Lead Egg Production & Welfare

Noble Foods is seeking a Senior Farm Operative to support the daily running of an egg-laying poultry farm. You will help manage bird health, egg production, welfare, hygiene, and biosecurity, working in and around poultry houses and assisting with equipment and records.

You will lead on-site staff in the Farm Manager's absence and contribute to process improvements, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards.
